This website is owned by LGBT Walnut, a not-for-profit organisation that supports LGBT people (Lesbians, Gay Men, Bisexual People and Trans Women - male to female) who are affected by prostate cancer. Although lesbians cannot get prostate cancer themselves we recognise that any woman can be affected by it if a male relative or friend has it.

LGBT Walnut respects the privacy of the users of this website. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) provides details on how and why we collect information about visitors to this website and how the information may be used. Please read the entire Privacy Policy carefully. Any dispute that may arise relating to privacy and the use of personal information will be the subject to this Privacy Policy and shall be governed by English law.

LGBT Walnut may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, revise this Privacy Policy without notice, and you should periodically review the Privacy Policy to ensure that you are familiar with the latest version. Children

Should we receive personal Information relating to a person who we know is under 18, we will automatically delete such Information from our database. The Information will not be used for any purpose. If you believe that such Information may have been submitted to us about your child or a child under your care and you would like it removed, please contact us at the address indicated below and we will remove it immediately.

LGBT Walnut will make every effort to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of any personal Information you supply to us. Should you wish to access or correct your personal data held by us, The Data Protection Act stipulates that you must request this in writing, and that this may be subject to a fee of up to £10.
